Some of these taxis have clocked up hundreds of thousands of km in mileage, still using their original batteries. The same with their ev buses. This is why Byd ev bus mfg plant in California has been so successful. They have been making ev buses there for more than a decade. They recently won their first contract in UK to build 100 ev buses for the city of London ,worth £40 million. Imagine China's biggest western adversaries are also their customers.

  2. Tariff wars are not new. Trump thought they are easy to win. Despite sanctions and tariffs China has a trade surplus of 280 billion dollars with US last year. First 4 months of 2024, their surplus is around 98 billion dollars
