  1. The only problem with Singapore is, its too small. Like Hongkong. Always congested always busy. Cost of living very high and owning a car and home is out of the question for many locals. Much much better in neighboring Malaysia. Just avoid the local politics and you will have a great lifestyle. Bring over your Singaore dollars and you get three times the amount in Malaysian ringgit. Wonderful isn't it?

  4. Do you know in Dubai, tons of supercars, not normal cars, are abandoned by their owners. These are thrn sold off at auctions. The reason is because the owners are not able to keep up with their payments, and it's a serious offense to default in debt payment in Dubai. So they rather give up their cars and flee punishment.

Most people here can't afford expensive Getman evs. BYD is building a plant here to service the right hand drive market. Big win for them in Asean at least.

I must have travelled countless of times on these trains and did not experience any of such issues. Always smooth, quiet and uneventful rides. Never any delay. They also successfully completed the high speed metro train line connecting Istanbul to their international airport. The Turkish govt was impressed enough to award the Chinese builders another contract to build an extended line. A testimony to Chinese engineering prowess.

But being as a foreign visitor who frequently travels on their high speed rail, I fan say they are nothing less than world class. I know because they also built our high-speed rail line as well. The first in Asean. A piece of engineering marvel that runs upto max 350kmh. It reduces the travel time between our capital city and the next major city, from 3.5 hrs to just 45 mins. A journey that is smooth as silk and quiet.
