Other than some SCS disputes with Phillippines, the rest have major Chinese investments and projects. Indonesia just got their high speed rail line built by the Chinese. The first hsr in Asean. Massive success with daily ridership exceeding 80 % capacity. The rail authorities have to increase the number of daily trips to accommodate the demand.
