  1. Chinese now prefer their own homemade evs rather than European brands which once ruled their market. These old legacy western brands are now in big trouble with rapidly declining sales. No more milking the Chinese markets. VW especially is in big trouble at home. Closing factories, dealing with striking workers, and reporting massive drop in profits this year.
