Those companies that are not Chinese owned rely on Chinese components to manufacture their final products. For example the solar panel mfg companies located in Vietnam and Malaysia. So nothing much has changed. The Chinese businesses had foreseen this necessary shift to lower cost countries a couple of decades ago.
