Years behind schedule and billions over budget. They should have asked the rail specialist Chinese to built it. Would have been done by now and below budget.

  5. Nobody wants Japanese stuff anymore. Haven't come across anyone having Japanese smartphone for example. You go to any electrical goods store and you hardly find Japanese brands anymore. Sanyo, Sansui, Akai, Nakamichi , Pioneer, Onkyo all gone.
