  1. ​ @AkashicSeer Bruh. I just took the hsr from Hangzhou to Beijing last month. Had to book ticket a week in advance. Just a 4.5 hours smooth and quiet ride. A real piece of transportation marvel. Learn to be more creative in your bs.

  2. Not really true. Loads of Chinese tourists have been coming to Asean for the past week to start their lunar new year holiday. I can see their tour groups all over our city. They are welcomed here because they spend more money on average than the western backpackers who usually good budget.

  5. It'd called having choices. Just like here, there are still older people who insist on goung to the banks to withdraw cash, rather than using debit card or ewallet. At least until they passed on.

  9. Try getting a ticket the day you want to travel, especially to their tier 1 cities. You be disappointed. Book in advance.

  10. Try getting a hsr ticket. I had to book one week in advance for my trip from Hangzhou to Beijing. Always sold out. If during festival you probably have to book months ahead.

  14. ​ sfarrell71138  He's not. I have lived in Australia and now back home in Thailand. Vast difference in cost of living. Alnist impossible to find affordable housing in Melbourne ,where I was. Small wonder why many former US veterans chose to move here to retire. With their military pension, they could live a pretty comfortable life. Some can even afford to hire housemaid.
