  2. Too late. The Chinese have already gained a solid foothold there. The two commercial ports are still run by Hong Kong company Hutchison.. The canal was never under their control. The Americans can take it from the Panamanian government.

  3. ​@zinger827 It's working very well. Because of Western sanctions, Russia is wholly dependent on China. Why would he bother about some talks between the two warring parties. Nothing to do with China. No matter how the talks go, China has already taken over the Russian market from the Europeans.
