  2. The mainland Chinese here are mostly college students. Well mannered and respectful. Don't get into trouble with the law like other foreign students. Our local landlords prefer to rent their properties to them than other foreign students. As for other non student Chinese visitors, we don't get too many complaints about their behavior.
