  1. They just completed a massive highway project in Algeria that no other country is willing or able to do. Due to the high level of engineering expertise required. Same with the Padma bridge in Bangladesh or the Peljesac bridge in Croatia. There so many more examples why these countries chose Chinese builders. China is a vast country with many imperfections. You have to put this tofu thing in perspective.
