  3. Mostly Venezuelans. Here's a thought. Maybe WH could consider lifting all sanctions imposed on their country and divert some of the foreign aid intended for Ukraine to Caracas instead. The Venezuelan govt could be incentivized to stop their citizens from leaving.

  10. Highly debatable. Look at the number of oil spills that occurred both on land and in the ocean over the last 100 years. Exxon Valdez, Deepwater Horizon, Persian Gulf war oil spill 1991 and countless oil tankers and pipelines oil leaks.

Jointly ran by the AirForce, Navy and CIA where they send survelliance balloons over to China, Eastern Europe and Russia, under the guise of meteorlogical research. The actual purpose was to gather intelligence on these countries nuclear capabilities. When they protested, US defended their action. So it seems the Chinese have learned ftom this and returning the favor. Why are we upset?
