If you were to take the New York subway, the possibility of being shot, stabbed, mugged or pushed off the platform is ever present.

  2. I was also subjected to a lot of anti Asian abuses when I was last in US for a vacation. Even got mugged in the toilet of a Greyhound bus terminal outside of Chicago. But I took all this in stride since I went there on my own freewill. No American invited me.
