  7. They may have an oversupply of housing.But the reverse is true in US. Housing is unaffordable and hundreds of thousands are living on the streets and in their cars. Which would you prefer?

  8. The Chinese are way ahead of everyone else in the ev industry. The Germans and Toyota are now collaborating with the Chinese to build their own ev models. They know where all the innovation is happening. And its not in Germany or Japan.

  9. Yet they are dominating the market here in Asean. I have seen many gasoline cars going up in flames but not one case of ev combusting so far. And they have been here for almost 2 years. No wonder Tesla uses Chinese batteries. Super safe
