  1. You forgot, SKorea. They have the lowest fertility rate in the world, being 0.72. Their population is just 52 million, while China has 1.4 billion with a fertility rate of 1.28. So do the math.

  2. Always underestimating the Chinese. They are counting on this while quietly moving ahead without attracting attention. Just like they did with their space station and Mars rover. Nasa was pretty sure they can't pull it off without foreign aerospace knowhow and assistance.
