Why fo you think the VW has invested a billion dollars in setting up an ev research and development center in Anhui China, rather than back home. German luxury car makers survival depends on whether they can hang on to their biggest market China.

  7. You can't export infrastructure unless it is needed elsewhere. Bangladesh and Croatia needed a bridge while Algeria needed a national highway. Or UAE needed a railway network to connect the whole country. They all call on Chinese companies to help build them. Not American or European companies for obvious reasons.
