  3. The moon is no man's land. The first to be there can rightlyfilly claimed as their territory. Just like what the colonizers did in Asia, Africa, Australia and Latin America Eventhough there are already tons of natives living there.

Since they only know how to copy. There must be something wrong with their spacecraft, something we can fault them with.
