  2. They don't recognize Taiwan as a sovereign country while Vietnam is neutral and will never be part of any alliance. If you want Tibet to join then you have to invite Xi.

  5. I think you should leave out SKorea and Vietnam. SKorea is not part of this pact for a reason. Vietnam is neutral and China is their largest trading partner . None of the other Asean members are involved for the same reason. Even though 2 of them have SCS issues. All of them except for Phillippines are members of the BRI.
