  2.  @Harry2002-z9q  They have been living in poverty for past 20 years. So if China do invest then it's a no brainer. New and better infrastructure to replace those destroyed. No more fear of drone attacks on schools, hospitals , weddings and social gatherings. Just read that 90 % of all fatalities from drone attacks were unintended targets. Which means for every dead terrorist, there will be 9 dead civilians as collateral damage.
