  1. No. It’s the responsibility of the resort to provide a safe, secure atmosphere where patrons can enjoy various snow related activities w/ comfort & peace of mind. The type of reckless & dangerous behavior Gwyneth took part in that day was unacceptable, and needs to have all parties come forward & be held accountable. Both from a legal & moral perspective.
