Japanese are probably like Estonians,. on the surface look reserved and cold... just express affection in different ways.. atleast ive met some japanese uni students here, who say.. that our people and culture have more in common, than what seperates us, that she feels almost like home.. that people behave and have similar understanding or thjoughts about t hings... and that the language, albiet completely different, have same kind of progressive syntax and rules... that thats why she managed to learn our langauge in only 6 months... to me its weird that all japanese cant speak english, being so close to america... while entire eastern-north / north europe is completely fluent in english , as you can see from my comment.. grammar is probably absolute garbage , because lazy-typing on the internet, but the language is so easy, that when needed,. grammar probably better than my own native language lol...

  2. Gaijin is outsider, not foreigner. It has negative connotation. as in "stfu, you are not one of us.. your opinion has no merit here" .. thats what u will gbe in japan, even if u speak very fluent japanese and have been living there maybe decades, they will still treat u like outsider and not accept you as their own... i dont get why people fantasize about living there, it's not some fairytale, what people think... very conservatiuve and rigid society with a lot of culturla rules, wich to westerners feel idiotic etc...

  3. 9:07 , the stereotype isnt some 6packed shredded white male.. (friend is completely average male in physique and average in the face as well.. but girl looks hot.. its either japanese women are less superficial on the looks or japanese beauty standards are different... asian beauty standards are def different, wich westerners actually dont understand how they judge each other, whois beautiful and who is not... ) friend of a friend married a japanese woman... they actually moved here to get married here in estonia, the girl thought she wants a more calm enviorement compared to tokyo.. needless to say, they moved back to japan after the honeymoon, too different and strange culture and she didnt feel comfortable and missed her own kind... japanese are quiet xenophobic actually.. generally... and from friends girl, i could see that she has somekind of fetish-type thing, like they see foreign men as something Exotic to experience... thats why its easy to date them... many actually befriend or date foreigners to learn english.. they use u lol.. also... like u call soft men in america soyboys or something like that.... in japan, many women think their men are "herbivores", not plant eaters or vegans.. but refers to like to shy and soft men... also ironically japanese women hate when men watch that manga/anime children bs... they see western men as more masculine than japanese... wich is weird, because america is full of feminine men actually, so you can imagine how feminine japanese men are... personally i tihnk with japanese, its eitehr superhot or superugly.. there's nothing in between... i like japanese/russian mixed people.... they all literally look like prime angelina jolie rofl.. (also japanese/turk mix look beautiful..) well japan is actually loosening up on the immigration policy, .. the thing is.. scientists claim that by 2100 there will be new sub-race on the planet, asian-white mix. becauise of the demographic issues in the world, wich they themselves have created for population control...
