  2. Refuse to pay women? Even in insane society like america you wouldn't be able to pull that off , making a policy or law lol... What will happen probably, like previously have happened in communist states , is Childless Tax for men. During Soviet union men had childless tax on them , immediately when you returned from mandatory military service. It was 3-5 rubles , the avg salary was 70-90 rubles so almost 5% of ur salary if to round it up and make it easier to grasp. so 5000$ annual chidless tax for men who earn 100k$ ... to be honest, in americas case the tax should be on women instead , since women outearn and they are the problem why birthrates are down, not the men .
