  4. 7:32 .. u talk about portugal modlel... lol this litrally IS that model. giving free needles and treating them as patients not criminals... clean needles = less hiv/aids , otherwise healthcare burden would be severely greater. for example believe it or not.. im from Estonia.. its the capital of HIV in the world, because of russian junkies who inject fentanyl.. like 20 000~ of them in the country out of 1,3mil population. free needles, free medical help, substituion pharmaceuticals to heroin/fentanyl .. u cant even see them on the streets.. they blend in like normal people and you would never know there's so many addicts out there... ive literally met few of them, they can hold jobs in construction, uber-like delivery etc.. since they get constant medical help for free.. we have universal healthcare system here... unlike in america, where 30% of population has no medical insurance... i never understood why americans are against obamacare... stupid :D americans are very selfish people... individualistic and narcissisitc society.... europeans are more collectivist. You paying taxes anyways, why do you care if % of that wiul go to people who need medical care, who cant afford it... u dont like free-loading or handouts... yet ur taxpayer money goes to 65milliion welfare receivers in your country... do you see how Ironic and tragicomedy u guys sound? :D
