  5. Ladies, if you're in your 30s and still have student debt you're a loser. Average student loan balance is what, $36,000? That's a couple years part time and weekends. Hell, what's your car payment? What's the rent for the cool downtown apartment you insist on renting? Change your habits and change your life. Nobody is coming to save you.
