  1. It's difficult to understand anyone who's interested in preparedness, who doesn't have a wood burner. Wood burning stove being by far the best, since it heats the home, cooks your food, bakes your bread, and can be fitted with a water jacket to heat your water for bathing etc. It should be the first thing any "prepper" buys.
