  2. I work in a professional field in which about 80% of people have names like Thi Noc Nguyen, and Li Hong Wu, and Rakesh Sumarandran, and Afriti Mumbazi. It demonstrates that no one hiring, actually gives a crap about non-white names. No one is missing out on jobs because their name isn't Sarah. If you have the qualifications/training, and you're polite, articulate, and reliable, you'll get the job even if your name is Zabadoodoo Bottomspeckle.
