  1. To be fair, apartments (what Americans call "condo's"), were always a bad idea. ANYTHING which attracts ongoing fees, and doesn't give you freehold land, is some type of scam. That should be obvious. It's always been obvious.

  2.  @blackworldtraveler3711  Sure .. because they're villas. But if they don't come with freehold land, and no ongoing fees .. it's still a scam. The point is that what Americans call 'condos' are called apartments in most countries.
