It has nothing to do with loneliness. This is ego and social dysfunction, coupled with lust. Loneliness is easily cured by volunteering, spending time with family and friends, pets, hobbies, church/religion, and people your own age who live in your own country. These old people are not seeking these things - that's how you know it's not loneliness.
