@Rickshaw_Bohammer MI6 came up with this exact plan to assassinate Milosevic. Did it leak? Thats my concern. If it leaked this could be retaliation from that. Meaning MI6 has/had a mole. They aren't likely to recycle that plan for one of their own because people in MI6 would instantly know where it came from.
