  2. It's called the major histocompatibility complex. She's talking about his natural phermones, I think. He can't change them. Mentioning it is going to make him feel bad and make him insecure and it isn't something he can change. Unless he understands the science behind what she is talking about, even then, it would be difficult to not take it personally. We smell these pheremones through a man's cologne. Body wash and cologne isn't going to help him smell better to her. With that said, men can sometimes wear cologne with male phermones in it. They need to stop doing that. Since people can not get pregnant without serious reprocussions and felony convictions where I live, we should probably ignore these attraction factor since they are based on reproduction. :)

  6. Do you mean fahrt, its a german word that means drive. Fahren is the root verb. Oh its Swedish. Makes sense. It's basically interval training. I do this when trying to learn endurance running which I am TERRIBLE AT. Fayhrt is how to pronounce it in german at least. Its kinda like how you say ferret but take out the last e: ferrt.
