  1. They likely drowned in 7 feet of water trapped in a compartment that's just for the aircraft if they were not burnt. The Blackhawk helicopter likely fared much better than the people in the airplane. It's easier to get out of the helicopter if the collision itself didn't kill you.. they did suffer immensely. For the people that didn't get hurt when the initial explosion happened they likely drowned which is terrible way to die. There's the answer to your question. I think if she's got the cojones to ask a question like that, she needs to be able to face the reality of what shes asking with zero sugar coating.
