  1. I absolutely love "Mexican Style Cabeza" ( and no there's NO BRAINS in it ) Burritos. Which tastes just like Pot Roast in my opinion. So Queen Victoria Era Boiled Calf's Head probably wouldn't bother me at all. In fact I'm certain I'd love it. Albeit spiced up with some Curry or Red Pepper Sauce !
