  1. I know exactly where "That Place" in Stockton is. It's right next to the Deep Water Channel across from the Grain Elevator's at The Port of Stockton. You can see it very well from the I-5. So there's an interesting detail about The Stockton debaucle that's not being mentioned. There used to be a "State of California Mental Hospital" in Downtown Stockton with an 80% Success Rate for treatment. It was closed down in 1996 and all the Newspaper's across the region could do was "SUPPORT IMPRISONING MENTAL HEALTH PATIENTS" as it was supposedly cheaper. So this story is even worse than you think! Plus closing it down was seen as an easy Real Estate Deal with a crooked Local Real Estate Man named Grupe.

  2. Stockton State Developmental Center a State of California Run and Funded State Mental Hospital operated with an 80% Success Rate for Treatment of Mental Suffering. It was closed down in 1996 FOR A DAMNED SWEETHEART REAL ESTATE DEAL with a crooked real estate man named Grupe and replaced WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED PRISON HOSPITAL. The damn Newspaper's even tried to support such as being CHEAPER. When it turned out not to be the Department of Correction's forced all of San Joaquin County to pay for it...............That Solution you speak of is the same one that existed prior to 1996. YOU USE TAX PAYER MONEY TO OPERATE A "STATE HOSPITAL" FOR THE MENTALLY INSANE.........AND NOT CLOSE IT DOWN FOR A DAMN CROOKED REAL ESTATE DEAL!.........There's your solution you ass!
