  1. American Airlines is absolutely the worst airline bar none for customer service.........I definitely won't be flying with them ever, whether overseas or domestically. Even the weird fly by night ( all puns intended ) outfit out of poor ghetto Stockton Metropolitan Airport to Hawaii is more respectable than AA.
