  1. All sides were at fault in that "Mass Divorce" of what was Yugoslavia. No one Republic was innocent or faultless. Serbs, Croats, Bosnians, Slovenians etc SHOULD HAVE BEEN LIKE CZECHOSLOVAKIA and had a friendly divorce.......Sacramento Area got a large number of Serbian and Croation's Fleeing The War And The Draft. One young man went onto become a well respected "Classical Artist" because he refused to fight and die in The Serbian Army and DODGED THE DRAFT! Much respect for him!
