  1. Hatch Act of 1994 is being hideously misused by the Trump Administration, Big Surprise! It's a highly flawed regulation to begin with but, he's interpreting it far worse than even the Bush Admin did or anyone else for that matter. The Hatch Act or 1994 is Null and Void when instances of extreme danger to the public and or employees is concerned and such certainly comes under "Airline Safety"!

  4. Hatch Act of 1994 is null and void when safety is an extreme issue.......Plus if the Hatch Act of 1994 ever went before the Supreme Court it would be struck down due to being Unconstitutional!

There's a difference between breaking the "Snatch" oh sorry, I meant to say the Hatch Act of 1994 and verbally conversing with other pissed off fellow co-workers about your common frustrations or doing so outside of work and not in uniform at say the local Bar or Coffee House. If you go waving a banner "vote for somebody" that's far different than merely raising frustrations with Co-Workers. Sorry you don't know that already!
