  44. So Rural Japan, France, and Italy all seem to suffer from this same Depopulation matter. As does the Rural U.S. in many places. Adam The Woo on his YT Channel is always showing these pretty but, very nearly if not fully abandoned towns throughout the American Midwest, Southwest, and Southeast. Well, France, Japan, & Italy will offer you nearly free Farmland and Homes as long as you WORK HARD ON SUCH TO BRING BACK AND CULTIVATE ! Perhaps Missouri and Kansas should do the same ?........Or in their two cases just give it back to the "Nine Big Tribes" !
