  1. Actually the U.. could but NOT UNDER TRUMP THE RUMP. The U.S., Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Britain, France, Italy, Sweden, and Japan amongst others. To PUBLICLY INVITE all residents of Hong Kong into their countries and TAKE ALL THEIR MONEY AND EXPERTISE WITH THEM. Which would boost the economies of every country they’ve gone to but, cost Mainland China a hell of a lot of their GDP and Tax Revenue.
