  1. I'm pretty Dear Bud's with a guy who Commands the S.W.A.T. Team in a certain Far Northern California County and he could easily rip apart said L.A.P.D. Officer's for their egregious actions. Of course L A.P.D. would likely claim different rules apply to a Rural County and Overpopulated L.A.
