If you drive over any of the Central Sierra Passes in California like Highway 88 Carson Pass it drops you down into it's two very nice small towns besides Carson City. Beautiful area with a couple three real enjoyable Basque Restaurants !.........Hey sir, Please do a segment on Basque Food in both the Old Basque Country of Bloody Spain ( Franco being a dick to everyone ) and less Bloody France ( DeGaulle being a very nice guy to his Basque Peoples While They Killed Germans together) and The Basque Diaspora and its Culinary Traditions getting to Central California and Western Nevada ! PLEASE !
