Their attitude could easily be, This'll Fix Those Damn Turk's & Romanians for selling The Ukrainians Drones and Old Soviet Era Munitions and anyone who does business with them....Plus the added bonus of hurting those two's Merchant Shipping Business & anyone interested in buying Ukraine's Agricultural Bulk by Sea.
