  11. I agree one has to be quite formal during an interview, period ! However, that formality will slowly but, surely ware off as time goes on just as it should. Don't expect the formality to continue past a few months at any job.....As far as "Helicopter Parent's" coming to an Interview is concerned. SAID PARENT'S ARE CONTROL FREAKS, usually Fundamentalist Evangelical Christian & or Snobb Types. I ran into a likely group of such who were "Charter School Lobbyist's" in an Elevator here lately. Such were quite interesting to Big Ear !

I'd much rather work for Nissan than Amazon.......As I've worked for lousy Amazon before out of a major Central California Warehouse & made the major mistake not to take a position from United Parcel Service other side of the County. Horrid decision ! Happy TEAMSTERS layed the law down on UPS I might add !
