  4. He should've, the example, Bob. Politely of course STRONGLY INSISTED ON GLOWING GOLDEN REFERENCE'S from all of his Superiors to make him look attractive to all of their Competitors & or Other Companies with similar services. Of course that probably doesn't work anymore.
