  1. It needs to be Permanently Preserved as a Historic Landmark much like its' British & French Counterparts. As a way to teach history ( regardless as to whether that history is pretty or ugly ) ! Such can also follow its' British & French Counterparts as a "Manor House/Chateau HOTEL" as well !
