To protect themselves & Other's Countrymen & Women from Snake Oil Salesmen like Bush Jr., Condoleezza Rice, Cheney, Rumsfeld, & Giuliani. From ever again playing a TRAGEDY INTO AN OPPORTUNUTY for an OIL GRAB or some other Grab. Say like for Lithium in "MUSK'S" little "Let's Coup Bolivia" opinion.
