However , "The Oil Men/Women & Their Lobbyists" ARE SO DOGGONE GREEDY & VILLAINOUS they're currently acting like a cliched Bad Guy from a 1970's Hanna-Barbera Cartoon ! Where Scooby-Doo & Shaggy unmask the Oil Man & His Banker Buddy trying to scare the Solar Panel Factory Owner out of his business !
