I'm more than a little sad that Putin has attempted to bring back in full this Meiji Era Diplomat's Description of Russia..........A true Gentleman this Diplomat was........I'm sad to say that BOTH European and Asian along with their American Cousin's were all Playing the same "Wolf In Sheep's Clothing" Game.........Once again this unpleasant past of Empire's doesn't make it right for China to attempt it's own Modern Version.

I'm very sorry and deeply frustrated that The Kaigun & Imperial Japanese Army of the 1930's - WW II didn't understand and follow the Honorable Admiral Togo's example of treating P.O.W.'s and Civilians so mercifully, gently, and generously !!........Instead a disgusting Horse's Ass like General Hideki Tojo undeserving of any respect ever and the "Black Dragon Syndicate" ( Imperial Japan's version of the "Skull & Bones Society" ) chose to "perhaps" inspire their buddy Hitler just how ruthless and evil one could be !
