I'm more than a little sad that Putin has attempted to bring back in full this Meiji Era Diplomat's Description of Russia..........A true Gentleman this Diplomat was........I'm sad to say that BOTH European and Asian along with their American Cousin's were all Playing the same "Wolf In Sheep's Clothing" Game.........Once again this unpleasant past of Empire's doesn't make it right for China to attempt it's own Modern Version.
