( Please Don't Mix Such Up With Willy, Delaware, There Folks ) need to be PERMANENTLY BLACKLISTED FROM ALL CIVIL SERVICE JOBS, PERIOD ! That would include so much as a School District Janitor and Local Sewage District Mucker. Let alone any and all Emergency Responder's !
