  19. As much as I respect and love Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburgh. I was deeply frustrated with her over "Unofficially Upholding" the "Doctrine of Discovery" ( she directly mentioned such ) in regards to a Tribe wishing to expand the size of their Reservation by direct purchase of private landholdings and not wishing to pay any taxes on such. This would be the ONE AND ONLY set of people anywhere in this Country, I'm ok with not paying any taxes. This was U.S. not Canada.
