  4. He said "Two Hundred Thirty" . Maybe 230 means 12:30 but at 4:44 he clearly says "1:30 pm" so it is unlikely (but not impossible) that he said 12:30 before. It seems it was 230 normal seat, 450 sleeper.

  5. He said "Two Hundred Thirty" at 1:01. He was talking about money, not about time , it seems clear to me. He said "1:30 pm" at 4:44 for leaving time. It seems that the price was 230 rupees for normal seat, 450 rupees for sleeper.
